Overview
Hyland is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist for our Middle East Region. This person owns the strategic marketing plan for the region to effectively position Hyland and drive demand for Hyland’s products and services. The Regional Marketing Specialist works in conjunction with colleagues in Hyland’s marketing and sales teams to achieve objectives. The right candidate will be a B2B marketing professional with experience in lead generation, brand awareness, public relations, strategic marketing planning and execution.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the sales stakeholder marketing relationship with the regional sales management team.
- Design and manage the marketing plan and budget in support of region’s sales goals and in collaboration with relevant industry and solution field marketing.
- Responsible for understanding the business requirements of the regions including: partner and competitor sales priorities optimal marketing mix and key publications. Working with the marketing ecosystem to ensure that content and programs produced for global use fulfill those requirements.
- Manage regional execution and run programs and events including customer program activities (e.g. event logistics subject matter expertise process management education.) Track performance monitor progress and measure results of marketing plan with regular pipeline inspection and budget forecasting.
- Manage core regional positioning and messaging for generation brand recognition and sales enablement activities. Work with the corporate and industry marketing teams to edit optimize and approve content. Manage and leverage local media relationships or agency to drive awareness and positioning of Hyland Software.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge library of marketplace trends marketing content messaging and strategies that are most relevant to the regional market.
- Work in a team environment ensuring transparent communication of all activities and goals
What Will Make You Successful
- English fluency is required. Arabic language skills would be nice to have.
- BS/BA degree in Marketing or marketing-related field or equivalent field experience
- 7+ years experience in marketing/marketing communications or related
- Experience with high-tech solutions in a business-to-business environment
- Ability to manage a budget and measure and report on results
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
