About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support both technical and non-technical hiring across various departments, managing a high volume of recruitment activity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting US-based teams, working in a fast-paced environment, and leveraging collaborative tools like Slack and others to streamline communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, primarily for US-based teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to support efficient hiring workflows.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Support both technical and non-technical recruitment processes.
- Communicate effectively using Slack, email, and other collaboration tools.
- Help drive continuous improvement in recruiting coordination processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination role.
- Proven experience supporting hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Comfortable managing a high volume of scheduling and coordination tasks with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting a US-based team and working US time zone hours is required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in a fast-growing or startup environment.
- Exposure to international coordination and global hiring practices.
