What About This Role?
We're looking for a Product Marketer to join the marketing team. You'll be a crucial part of ensuring our product resonates with HR and talent audiences, and stands out in a crowded market.
Day to day, you'll be owning competitor and market analysis, strengthening our sales enablement efforts, managing product launch messaging and go-to-market (GTM) execution.
As our first product marketer, this is a role with loads of ownership, autonomy and opportunity to make a huge difference in a fast growth business!

Hard Skills (Technical)
✔ Positioning & Messaging – Ability to craft compelling messaging for HR audiences.
✔ GTM Planning & Execution – Experience in executing successful GTM campaigns.
✔ Project Management – Ability to coordinate teams, set clear goals, and drive execution.
✔ Data Analysis – Comfortable using data to inform decisions and communicate insights.
Soft Skills (Interpersonal)
✔ Communication – Strong ability to influence without authority across all levels.
✔ Organized – Able to juggle multiple campaigns while prioritizing key initiatives.
✔ Empathetic – Can step into the shoes of HR users to craft meaningful messaging.
✔ Collaborative – Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
