About The Role
As Product Marketing Manager at Engageware, you'll help create and execute the GTM vision for our suite of customer engagement and staff enablement solutions. You'll join a focused team that is crafting compelling narratives around Engageware’s technology ecosystem with the goal of accelerating revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion by crystallizing the ROI our solutions deliver to customers. Your work will directly influence how Engageware is perceived and adopted in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Be the voice of the market for our product suite. Help communicate and shape product strategy while influencing the product roadmap.
Develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to the needs of our financial services customer segments, clearly differentiating Engageware’s value.
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our GTM programs to drive new logo acquisition efforts including, but not limited to:
Shaping product narrative and marketing content to capture new customers and expand our footprint with existing ones.
Create content for different stages of the buyer’s journey, including emails, web pages, datasheets, presentations, videos, eBooks, case studies, and more.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
Use market research, product analytics, customer interviews, and other resources to become a data driven expert on our buyers’ and customer’s needs, goals, motivations, and technology requirements.
Equip our enablement and sales partners with essential resources, including pitch decks, one-pagers, videos, and more to effectively sell Engageware.
Collaborate with sales enablement to track and improve the performance of sales collateral, conduct win-loss analysis, and support SKO.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform our GTM strategy, such as prospect surveys and competitive analysis.
