About Night

Night is a next-gen talent management platform for the world’s best digital artists. We help the most influential creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok reach their full potential—as entertainers, entrepreneurs, and brand builders. From strategic partnerships to building businesses, we support creators in growing sustainable, long-term careers doing what they love.

About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Editor to support our content across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in planning, editing, and executing social content that aligns with our brand voice, drives engagement, and builds community. This is an ideal role for someone who can confidently show us their screen time tops 10 hours a day.

The right person for this role should live on the internet - fluent in memes, trends, and brain-rot culture - and have a strong understanding of both the current social media landscape and Night’s creator ecosystem. They have experience ideating and editing short-form social content, writing copy for posts, and designing aesthetic static visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit engaging, story-driven short-form videos and static posts for creators on Night’s roster
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, stories, and captions
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and broader creative team to develop content native to different social platforms
  • Help ideate and execute content aligned with Night’s social media calendar
  • Stay on top of trends, internet culture, and platform updates to keep content relevant and timely

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience editing content for a brand or creator’s social media channels
  • Strong understanding of social platform best practices and viral formats
  • Deep knowledge of design principles and photo editing
  • Excellent writing skills and a passion for visual storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
  • Proficient in editing software (Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
