We're looking for a Junior Data and Consumer Insights Manager to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you’ll analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights that drive marketing, product, and strategy initiatives. Responsibilities
Support internal teams (Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, Production, Ops) with data requests/needs
End of Campaign reporting, Request for Proposal presentations, Sales Materials, Content performance (web, social, video), general requests
Communicate with internal teams to understand data gaps and offer new data/insights when available
Maintain and improve on existing data available to support departmental needs
Look to maximize value from existing 2nd & 3rd party tools
Communication with Tool/Data vendors
Stay up to date with latest opportunities/trends to enhance our data offerings internally
Data Upkeep/Hygiene
Maintain internal dashboards/Google Sheets/docs that need to be kept up to date
Work with commercial team to launch Surveys to address data gaps or bolster current insights
Proactively solve problems when possible by understanding the needs of each department, asking questions, keeping track of current and new deals coming through Asana, etc
