How you are going to impact :

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Design end-to-end user journeys and interfaces for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs in Figma, following the design system and building scalable component structures.
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify best practices and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Maintain and evolve the existing design system: update UI kits, components, and documentation to support consistency and efficiency.
Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, team brainstorms, and product demos.

Discover your Fit:

3+ years of experience in Product/UI/UX design, ideally in fintech, trading, SaaS, or high-complexity products
Strong portfolio showing work on mobile apps (iOS & Android) and responsive web product
Solid understanding of platform-specific design guidelines (Material Design & Human Interface Guidelines)
Experience working with design systems: maintaining components, collaborating with devs
Comfortable working in agile
Able to present and justify your design decisions clearly and constructively
Familiarity with handoff tools (Figma)
Proficient in user research, competitor benchmarking, and UX discovery techniques
Strong communication skills in English and Russian
