We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our property management operations. This role involves handling application processing, lease renewals, data entry, report typing, invoicing, and compliance audits, as well as customer service and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Client Communication
- Respond to tenant inquiries and follow up on pending matters.
- Assist with lease renewals and ensure all documentation is in order.
- Support the application processing workflow.
Administrative & Data Entry Tasks
- Enter and manage bills, invoicing, and general data entry.
- Assist in typing inspection reports based on photos (entry and routine inspections).
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with property management regulations.
Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Assist in creating and distributing monthly newsletters.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use property management software.
- Excellent attention to detail for report typing and data entry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in property management support or real estate administration.
- Basic marketing and social media management skills.
