Our client, a leading innovator in digital outdoor advertising, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join their creative production team. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where creative ideas meet precise execution. If you are passionate about design, eager to develop your motion graphics skills, and want to contribute to dynamic campaigns across digital platforms, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching graphics and animations for client campaigns on DOOH and other digital platforms, following brand guidelines and campaign briefs.
- Create layouts, social media graphics, animated videos, and other digital assets that meet high-quality standards.
- Use tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce motion graphics and video content.
- Retouch images and prepare mock-ups for sales presentations and campaign previews.
- Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery of design files and video renders for DOOH upload.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and brand resources to support efficient workflow.
- Respond quickly to last-minute requests or edits, adapting work as needed to meet campaign deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, new software features, and DOOH best practices to continually improve your work.
- Prepare large files and ensure they meet technical specifications required for digital billboard servers and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, other designers, and production teams to deliver smooth campaign execution.
- Gain hands-on experience working with DOOH advertising formats and tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in graphic and motion design, preferably in advertising companies, creative agencies, or other fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency/Expert in Adobe Creative Suite - especially After Effects. Other editing software and Adobe certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, motion principles, typography, and production processes for digital and DOOH media.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage files and assets systematically.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable adapting to a flexible work schedule, including weekends or cross-time-zone collaboration when needed to meet campaign goals
- Familiarity with DOOH advertising platforms, file formats, and specifications is a plus but not required.
- Confident preparing large files for upload and making precise, quick edits under tight deadlines.
- High professional level of written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable working directly with executive-level stakeholders, with the ability to translate business goals into smart, engaging creative output.
