Position: Media Outreach and Marketing Coordinator
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: EST
Tasks required:
- Research, build, and qualify prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Seamless.ai
- Assist in crafting and executing email, text, and video outreach campaigns
- Create and send personalized Loom recordings as part of marketing touchpoints
- Manage and organize all prospect and lead data in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Enroll contacts into outreach sequences, track performance, and handle follow-ups
- Respond to inbound inquiries and book appointments where applicable
- Support the creation of email templates, landing page content, and basic marketing copy
- Take detailed notes during calls and update records within the CRM
- Prepare summaries, follow-up emails, and sales materials as needed
- Perform other administrative or marketing tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or virtual sales support
- Familiar with business consulting or professional services firms
- Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Experience using tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai
- Strong research and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Great at juggling multiple tasks and timelines
- Confident using Loom, Google Workspace, and remote communication tools
- Experience with basic social media management
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
