About The Role
Aledade is seeking a Marketing Specialist (Growth Operations) to play a key role in scaling marketing efforts with efficiency and precision. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our tech stack, particularly focusing on HubSpot and Salesforce. You will ensure accurate data flow, reporting, and lead tracking, while also supporting campaign execution, onboarding new tools, and driving innovations that enhance how we engage with our prospects and customers.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for solving complex problems, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to leverage technology to create seamless, inclusive customer experiences. The role offers remote work flexibility, allowing candidates to work from anywhere within the United States.
