We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing initiatives and online storefront efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing online campaigns, working within content management systems (CMS), and using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels (email, paid media, social, etc.).
  • Support the management and merchandising of online storefronts, ensuring product listings, images, and promotions are up to date.
  • Update and maintain content across digital platforms using content management systems (CMS).
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance using Excel, including building pivot tables and applying VLOOKUPs for tracking KPIs and generating reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Conduct competitor research and assist in preparing marketing presentations and materials.
  • Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
  • Experience managing or assisting with online campaigns and ecommerce storefronts.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
