Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within the Australia and New Zealand markets.

- To Note: Salary range (60,000 - 70,000 AUD) is in Australian Dollars*
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, digital assets, signage, and ads.
- Manage social media channels including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Create engaging content, including video/photo assets, and appear on camera as needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Update and maintain company website and social media profiles.
- Support event planning, including trade shows, field marketing, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for asset delivery.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and budget tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience (internships included).
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating TikTok content.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Sprout Social, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills with experience using online analytics tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
