This is a freelance role and we are open to those wanting to contract or look at this on a part time basis and can be carried out remotely in the UK with occasional travel to the London office

native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.
Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, execution-first Paid Social Specialist to lead media buying across all fair campaigns. You’ll be the tactical operator behind the Social+ Ad Product, working across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and beyond to build smart, efficient audience strategies that convert. You’ll likely come from an agency background or have agency experience, and be looking for a focused client-side role that lets you do the work, not just report on it.
What you’ll be working on
You’ll own and execute paid campaigns that directly drive student registrations and attendance. That means granular targeting (by uni, course, persona, etc.), clever spend allocation, and constant optimisation. You’ll build audiences, place ads, test creative, manage budgets, and iterate ruthlessly. You’ll also be a key contributor to the ongoing development of our Social+ Ad Product, working closely with the Event Marketing Manager and Ad Product Managers to align messaging and funnel design.
