About Kasper: Kasper is a fast-growing creative on demand agency built for modern brands. We create high-performing content, ads, branding, and marketing assets for ambitious companies across lifestyle, tech, and e-commerce. We’re lean, strategic, and creative — and we move fast. We’re now looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to support our client operations, content creation processes, and help prepare decks and research for new and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain ClickUp project boards (track deliverables, update deadlines, manage tasks)
- Send content deliverables to clients and coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals
- Help create creative briefs using references, brand tone, and clear structure
- Collaborate on content and campaign ideas for Kasper and in-house brands
- Conduct research on new and potential clients, industries, competitors, and trends
- Assist with pitch decks and presentations for sales and proposals
- Gather references and curate mood boards for branding and content directions
- Support leadership with research and prep tasks
- Organize and manage internal assets (Google Drive, decks, briefs, reports)
Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Exceptionally organized and proactive
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creative sensibility — you understand brand voice and visual references
- Comfortable using or learning tools like ClickUp, Google Slides, Canva, Slack, and Google Docs
- Confident doing research and turning insights into notes or slides
- Able to manage your workload independently and communicate clearly
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency
- Familiarity with branding, paid media, and content creation workflows
- Ability to write light social copy or support campaign planning
- Exposure to pitch deck formatting, brand audits, or visual research
