As a Manager of marketing communication, you will be responsible for Work with product managers and sales to promote Carrier Commercial Refrigerantion brand, products and solution across food retail and industrial market. Plan and implement external and internal communications programs like selling tools and tradeshow across Asia.
Responsibilities
Selling tools development, including product brochures, case studies, web sites, social media, newsletters, video etc. (China + Asia)
Write and translate content of external and internal communications; ensure high quality language accuracy and presentation
Organize events such as trade exhibitions, conferences, dealer meetings
Regularly maintain and update content of Carrier websites in accordance with global guidelines
Support external and internal communications projects assigned
Learn and understand basic product , industry knowledge to facilitate daily work and communication
Other works assigned
Qualifications
Able to work and deliver under high pressure and dynamic environment
Bachelor degree is must, major in marketing and communication is preferred, MBA is preferred
6 – 10 years of related experience in external and internal marketing communication
Experience in PR firm or advertising company is preferred
Expert level in Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Expert level in English and Chinese
Good communication and presentation skills
Tactful in inter-personal skills, Flexibility to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, matrix organization
Dynamic and high energy, able to conduct multi-tasks and perform under pressure
Mature, patient, attentive to details
Time and results oriented coordinating with external and internal parties to deliver quality work
