Role Overview
We are seeking a talented LinkedIn Personal Branding Manager to handle the personal presence and communication strategy of a high-profile individual on LinkedIn.
The role is part-time and ideal for someone with a strong background in personal branding, ghostwriting, and content planning for professionals in leadership, business, or real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage a weekly content calendar aligned with the individual's goals and voice.
- Write compelling and professional LinkedIn posts, including personal insights, market perspectives, and value-driven storytelling.
- Grow and manage audience engagement, respond to comments, and maintain high-quality interaction.
- Strategically expand the network by connecting with relevant professionals and communities.
- Monitor trends on LinkedIn and suggest content improvements and new ideas.
- Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
- Fluent or native English speaker with excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated experience managing personal LinkedIn accounts or executive-level branding
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn tone, algorithm, and audience behavior
- Ability to write in a professional, authentic, and visionary tone
- Discreet, reliable, and capable of working independently with limited guidance
- Background in real estate, business, or leadership topics is a plus
- A portfolio or proof of past LinkedIn work is required
