We’re Hiring: Junior UI/UX Designer (3–4 Years Experience)

We're looking for a talented Junior UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing design team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms that elevate user experience and align with our brand identity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into seamless, elegant, and functional UI/UX solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to conceptualize, iterate, and deliver intuitive design flows.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs that meet both user and business goals.
  • Conduct basic usability testing and apply user feedback to refine designs.
  • Maintain design consistency across platforms and ensure adherence to our brand and design guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of relevant UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and practical design execution.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles, usability, accessibility, and web/mobile design standards.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and color with the ability to simplify complex interactions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with developers, stakeholders, and other designers.
  • Eagerness to stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
