🎬 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who’s passionate about creating clean, compelling and on-brand visual content. This role is a blend of 70% video editing and 30% graphic design, supporting marketing and client education efforts. You'll help us boost our digital presence and make regulatory info way less boring. 😄

🎯 What You’ll Do

🎥 Video Editing (70%)

  • Create professional, engaging videos to promote services and explain compliance processes
  • Produce short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube & Instagram
  • Add transitions, captions, motion graphics and animation ✨
  • Edit raw footage into polished, mobile-optimized content
  • Keep visuals aligned with our brand and tone

🎨 Graphic Design (30%)

  • Design clean, branded digital assets: infographics, brochures, social posts, slide decks, sales materials
  • Maintain visual consistency across all channels
  • Help simplify complex industry topics through visuals

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in both video editing & graphic design
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio (bonus points for B2B work!)
  • Great time management & attention to detail
  • Ability to turn technical concepts into visually engaging stories
  • Comfort with compliance-driven or sensitive content

  • Motion graphics & explainer video experience 🎞️
  • Background in healthcare, waste management, or highly regulated industries
