An exciting new position has been created for a bright, determined person to join itsu [grocery] to pioneer marketing for the NOODLE PROJECT across Europe.
The NOODLE PROJECT covers itsu’s groundbreaking range of contemporary, additive-free, authentic and delicious Japanese miso broth & rice’noodle cups and packet snacks. The range has been created in partnership with MasterChef’s Monica Galetti to be healthier, convenient, delicious, and a radical alternative to instant noodles.
You will be reporting directly to the International Director and work closely with the Marketing Director and Noodle Project Director

Scope Of The Role
Overarching responsibilities include building and implementing brand & marketing strategies and managing budgets across 5 Key Markets: Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Spain & France.
strategy & category
you will develop a robust understanding of international consumers, brand perception, retailers, and competitors within the instant noodle category across the 5 key markets
you will use this knowledge to develop & implement through the line marketing plans for each market, working closely with the brand team to execute
you will buy and analyse data for key markets to build compelling sell-ins to retailers & inform the broader international noodle project strategy
you will advise on the right promo mechanics & RRPs in each market
implementation & analysis:
you will work closely with retailers and distributors to deliver best in class in store activation and sampling campaigns
you will establish our marketing agency partners and support structure in each market to deliver impactful ATL and BTL plans including influencer partnerships
you will manage our partnership with MasterChef international including activation and leveraging MasterChef’s existing trade relationships
you will manage the critical path for all activations
you will analyse the ROI/performance against KPIs for all activities and report back to the business regularly, recommending actions for future improvements
You will take ownership of all international trade shows from concept to execution including design, build, costings, stock, staffing etc.

you will manage the noodle project international marketing budget
you will be responsible for reviewing the monthly noodle project marketing numbers ensuring that spend has been correctly captured & work closely with the finance team to amend any discrepancies
you will work closely with the international team & distributors to ensure the most effective use of this spend and report back regularly to the business on the shape of the budget allocation per market
