About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic & Web Designer to join our growing team. This is a remote-friendly, flexible role, ideal for a designer who wants to stretch across disciplines, build a diverse portfolio, and collaborate with a kind, fast-moving team.

You’ll play a key creative role across both TES’s internal materials and a range of external client brands. From web design and branding to social graphics and presentation decks,  if it involves visuals, you’ll likely touch it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity & Visual Kits – Design logos, brand kits, color palettes, and supporting assets that reflect strong brand strategy
  • Web & Landing Page Design – Create intuitive, high-converting designs in tools like Figma or Web flow (development skills a bonus!)
  • Social Media Graphics – Produce scroll-stopping, on-brand content across different platforms
  • Client Design Support – Work across multiple brands and industries with consistent quality and clarity
  • Design Delivery – Ensure all assets are optimized for print, web, and internal handoff
  • Creative Collaboration – Partner with our internal and client-facing teams to maintain strong, consistent visual messaging

What You’ll Need

  • A strong portfolio showcasing design work across branding, digital, and web
  • Experience juggling multiple projects and brand styles simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools
  • Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of design systems
  • A reliable remote setup with stable Wi-Fi and a quiet space to work
  • Bonus: Basic front-end development knowledge (e.g., HTML/CSS/Web flow)
