Graphic Designer

Team Red Dog is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer for our client’s AI-focused sales and storytelling team. This fully remote role offers the chance to collaborate closely with a Corporate VP and a creative, high-impact group that builds engaging visual content, videos, and presentations. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of graphic design experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and asset management tools. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• Minimum 5 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop creative assets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using Figma to design interactive visual content and presentations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with asset management tools, particularly Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Demonstrated ability to translate data and abstract concepts into clean, compelling visuals.
• Portfolio is required to be considered for the role.

Opportunity Overview:

This is a high-visibility role with variety, flexibility, and the chance to work closely with leadership. You’ll support internal teams with the creation of graphics, videos, and visual stories—many of which relate to cutting-edge AI initiatives. You'll have creative freedom and a collaborative environment to produce assets that make an impact.

How you will make an impact:

• Plan, analyze, and design visual solutions to support storytelling, sales, and marketing objectives
• Develop layouts for web interfaces, presentations, publications, and internal collateral
• Prepare sketches, concepts, and visual drafts for client and team feedback
• Translate complex data into clean charts, graphs, and infographics
• Work with a cross-functional team to produce visually engaging stories and fun, high-quality content
• Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design accuracy

The expertise you bring:

• 10+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling
• Associate's degree in design or a related certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar asset management tools
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate, manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure
