About The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with proven experience in commercial brand work to join our team. This is not a personal project portfolio role. We need a designer who’s executed real projects for real clients, someone who can take a brief and turn it into bold, clear, commercially-driven design.

You’ll work on high-visibility campaigns, product launches, and brand development across digital and print. Strong conceptual thinking, clean execution, and the ability to communicate through design are non-negotiable. If your portfolio shows polished, strategic work for brands—not just editorial or speculative projects—we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Design visual content for product launches, brand campaigns, and digital platforms (social, web, ads, etc.).
  • Translate commercial objectives into impactful creative solutions
  • Apply branding systems across formats with consistency and precision.
  • Collaborate internally with art directors and content strategists—no client presentations required.
  • Handle basic motion graphics and video edits for campaign assets.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in graphic design with a focus on brand or product-related work.
  • A portfolio that features real-world projects: commercial campaigns, branded content, product packaging, or similar.
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with a refined visual aesthetic.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in content development or working with content teams is a plus.

Bonus Points For

  • Motion graphics or animation experience.
  • Experience working in or with advertising or marketing agencies.

Important

Only candidates with commercially-focused portfolios will be considered. Work must demonstrate the ability to design for real products, brands, or services—not just academic or editorial samples.
