Ejom Studios is seeking a creative and AI-savvy Graphics Designer with proven Canva skills to join our growing team. You'll design social media content, client branding, marketing visuals, and support visual campaigns for creators, podcasts, businesses, and professionals. This role is remote-first but may include occasional in-person strategy or creative meetings (Accra-based applicants preferred).

We’re looking for someone who thrives on bold, scroll-stopping design, understands trends across platforms, and can work with both static and animated content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🎨 Design flyers, carousels, branded templates, web visuals, and event graphics using Canva
  • 🧠 Use AI design tools and generate prompts on platforms like Chat-GTP, Gemini, Midjourney, Ideogram, or DALL·E to enhance creative work
  • ✍ Collaborate with the team on brand consistency and campaign visuals
  • 📱 Create designs tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • 🗂 Maintain organized design files, assets, and version history
  • 🧩 Assist with logo variations, thumbnails, and other branded visual elements
  • ⚡ Meet fast-paced deadlines and implement feedback quickly

Who We're Looking For:

  • Completion of a university diploma, HND, degree, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • A portfolio showcasing flyers, carousels, branding kits, and Canva-based work

💻 Skills & Tools

  • Mastery of Canva Pro (required)
  • Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar platforms
  • Experience writing generative AI prompts for design
  • Bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma knowledge
  • Understanding of design for social media platforms

🖥 Required Setup

Laptop/PC with minimum 8–16GB RAM, i5/i7, 512GB storage

Ability to upload/download HD files efficiently

Position Details:

  • 🕒 Part-Time or Full-Time (depending on availability)
