Role Overview
As a UX Designer,you’llwork closely with international teams of designers, developers, and stakeholders to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs. You willbe responsible forgathering user feedback and quickly updating mockups to improve usability and design efficiency. We need someonewho’squick to adapt to changing requirements, thinks criticallyto findcreative UX solutions, and is fluent in Figma’s newest features, plugins, and widgets.You’llplay a key role in delivering seamless user experiences across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Designtheprocessfrom concept to implementation.
Utilize Figma's latest features to create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Iterate quickly on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback, data, and evolving project needs.
Collaborate directly with users to test designs and incorporate their feedback into rapid iterations.
Rapidly prototype solutions using real data to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
Work with an international team across multiple time zones to deliver cohesive user experiences.
Solve complex UX problems with innovative and effective solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, especially within Figma.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolioshowcasingyour work.
Expert-levelproficiencyin Figma, including plugins, widgets, and the latest features (hands-on design and prototyping tasks will be part of the interview process).
Experience in rapid prototyping with real data.
Strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
Must have experience conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into the design process.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with product,designand development teams.
Experience working in a global or remote team setting.
Must be able to work a shifted schedule that allows for at least 4 hours of overlap with the U.S. East Coast time zone.
A strong problem-solver, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
