Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $28 - 30 per hour

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in print design to join our client's Proposal Team on a freelance basis. You'll collaborate closely with a lead writer to design polished, visually engaging RFP (Request for Proposal) documents that support strategic business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling, on-brand RFP responses and proposal documents for print and PDF delivery.
  • Collaborate with the proposal writer to conceptualize and execute layout and visual treatments.
  • Create templates, infographics, charts, and custom visuals to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Ensure consistency in style, fonts, colors, and formatting across all materials.
  • Prepare final files for professional printing or digital distribution.
  • Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on print design.
  • Proven experience designing proposals, RFPs, pitch decks, or other professional client-facing documents.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate remotely.
  • Experience working in CST time zone or availability to overlap with CST business hours.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with government or corporate RFP processes.
  • Experience designing templates for repeatable use.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
