BAE Systems seeks a smart, energetic, and creative designer to develop, design and execute concepts for a range of internal and external projects to support our missions and business objectives. As a leading producer of electronics for government and private sector initiatives, BAE Systems requires intelligent solutions to complex problems in all areas, including marketing and corporate communications.
The designer works with the art manager, senior designers and communications staff to ensure that designs are appropriate and compelling for the intended audience and purpose, and are consistent with organizational and client branding, goals, and priorities. Activities include the development of corporate and project-specific communications materials, including print and web-based marketing, advertising, and leadership messaging. The designer works with a range of company business areas, supporting video and social messaging along with print duties. Motion graphic and animation understanding and familiarity are required.
Candidates interested in this role must have a great eye for design and excellent use of typography, as well as strong technical skills and attention to detail. Must have a good understanding of how to build print and web/digital files properly. Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize heavy workloads based on deliverables and timing. Designers at all levels are expected to be full participants in the creative process from concept to final execution.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
