  • This position pays between $57,400 - $99,000 based on experience

This hybrid role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life through compelling graphics and dynamic video content. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual assets that align with our brand and company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Be involved and participate with team discussions about campaigns and strategies
  • Follow brand and logo guidelines outlined by corporate business requirements
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Organize and archive creative assets for easy retrieval and future use

Graphic Design

  • Design digital and print materials including media graphics, brochures, presentations, communications, and web assets
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
  • Collaborate with Talent Readiness and HR teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns

Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for promotional, instructional, and communications use.
  • Manage all aspects of video production including lighting, audio, and post-production.
  • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video storytelling.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound
  • Stay up-to-date on video trends to create engaging, modern content.
  • Collaborate with team members to align video content with broader marketing strategies.

Experience We Love:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film, or related field
  • 1-3 years of job experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
  • Experience with animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
  • Familiarity with media trends and platform-specific content requirements
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

Required Certifications:

  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or other approved job relevant certification
