Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer who is proficient in MERN stack and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our product. They should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

  • ⁠Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN stack
  • Familiarity with Python and the ability to work on Python-based projects
  • Experience of using Github and CI/CD flows.
  • ⁠A portfolio of past projects and code samples showcasing your skills and experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience working on different projects
  • ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
  • ⁠Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Some experience with DSA or competitive programming

Time Commitment

  • 6 hrs/day from Monday to Saturday
  • Under 15 minute response time to messages during the day
  • Not working at any other place in parallel
  • Must be available for next 6 months minimum

Responsibilities

  • ⁠Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end components of different services of the product.
  • ⁠Collaborate with design & marketing teams to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • ⁠Create responsive web applications that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
  • ⁠Cater to the requirement of the operations and marketing team as and whenever required.
  • ⁠Write clean and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • ⁠Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • ⁠Own the product that you will be developing/maintaining.

Compensation

  • ⁠Rs. 25k/month with added bonus based on performance
