TITLE: Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineers - JavaScript, CSS/SASS, React/Node, SQL, AI/LLM - 3 openings
LOCATION: 100% Remote
PAY: Target pay for these roles vary based on level of experience and start at $175K annually with fantastic perks including benefits fully covered for employee and family as well as bonus options.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Design and develop intuitive, inclusive, and accessible tools that function seamlessly across desktop and mobile web platforms.
- Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality, working software on our web-based platform.
- Integrate AI and LLM use cases, utilizing best practices in AI to enhance our product.
- Identify and maintain pixel-perfect, site-wide design standards to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8-10+ years of relevant full-time work experience as a fullstack developer (true 50/50), ideally within a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment with the ability to test your own code as needed.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, with proven experience in React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL or other SQL databases, Tailwind CSS, and knowledge of API best practices.
- Excellent CSS/SASS skills, capable of creating accurate, responsive designs.
- Active interest and experience in using AI, LLMs, and automation of tasks through AI.
- Experience mentoring engineering team members.
- Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, Vercel, and AWS with building or scaling design systems in prior roles would be very helpful.
