About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our Data Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing internal business applications and web portals that drive our operational efficiencies. Your expertise will be crucial in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of applications, ranging from backend database systems to user-facing interfaces. A strong understanding of data pipelines is essential, as you will manage data flows, optimize data integration processes, and uphold high standards of data quality across multiple systems. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in C# programming within dynamic environments
  • 1-3 years of experience developing applications using ASP.Net
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with SQL Server, including troubleshooting and modifying stored procedures
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory
  • Familiarity with SSRS and Python is advantageous
  • Knowledge of coding standards, version control systems, and best practices
  • Ability to analyze complex problems with limited information and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience supporting end-users and translating technical requirements into functional applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related analytical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Deep understanding of healthcare concepts such as claims, eligibility, providers, members, and diagnosis codes
  • Experience building end-to-end data processes with flexible and evolving requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, and enhance custom internal business applications and web portals to improve operational workflows
  • Triaging, troubleshooting, and investigating reported issues to ensure system stability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define technical solutions
  • Design and implement data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow, integration, and high data quality
  • Maintain and optimize backend databases, including writing and modifying stored procedures in SQL Server
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and system configurations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing
  • Engage with end-users to understand their needs and provide technical assistance to improve application usability
  • Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and utilize version control practices
  • Continuously learn new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities and team skills
