About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Data Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing internal business applications and web portals. Your expertise will help automate processes, streamline data flows, and improve system performance across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare operations. Hands-on experience with backend database development using C#, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server is essential, along with proficiency in frontend application development. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing data pipelines to ensure high data quality and seamless integration across systems. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in C# programming within a fast-paced environment with flexible project requirements
  • 1-3 years of developing in ASP.Net
  • 1-3 years of experience working with SQL Server, including troubleshooting and modifying stored procedures
  • Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
  • Experience with SSRS and Python is advantageous
  • Knowledge of coding standards, version control, and best practices
  • Ability to analyze complex problems with limited information and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working directly with end-users to enhance application usability and effectiveness
  • Proficiency in documenting technical processes and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of healthcare concepts such as claims, eligibility, providers, members, and diagnosis codes
  • Experience building end-to-end data processes with flexible requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, maintain, and enhance custom in-house business applications and web portals to improve operational efficiency
  • Triaging, troubleshooting, and investigating reported issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define technical specifications
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines to manage data flows, ensure high data quality, and facilitate integration across systems
  • Support backend database development, including writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to uphold coding standards and best practices
  • Document technical processes, system architecture, and workflows for future reference and compliance
  • Engage with end-users to gather feedback, provide technical support, and improve application usability
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our systems and processes
