💡 The Role

We're looking to add talented freelance Motion Graphics Animators to our creative pool. In this role, you'll collaborate with our internal team to bring video ads to life through compelling motion graphics and animations. You'll be assigned tasks based on your strengths and availability, ranging from 2D text animation and screen compositing to 3D renders or VFX.

Each project comes with a clear brief and assets, and we aim to match you with the type of work that energizes you most. Whether you're great at kinetic typography, slick 2D animation, or even dabble in Blender/C4D—we want to hear from you!

🧠 What you'll do

  • Create engaging and polished animations for a variety of client ads
  • Interpret briefs and execute projects with creativity and speed
  • Collaborate with Editors and Creative Directors to bring ideas to life
  • Provide feedback or mentoring if needed on collaborative tasks

👀 What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience as a motion designer (freelance or agency)
  • Proficient in After Effects, with Illustrator and Photoshop skills
  • Familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a big plus
  • Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, bounce, squash/stretch)
  • Attention to detail in organization and file management
  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Good spoken English for async or real-time collaboration
