What we're looking for

Our US-based client, a health and wellness startup creating science-backed supplements for women’s hormonal and menstrual health, is looking for a Graphic Designer to support email marketing, digital ads, and organic social media content. This role is central to ensuring visual consistency across channels and bringing strategy to life through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver static ads, email graphics, and social media content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team—especially the copywriter and strategist—to ensure visuals support key messaging.
  • Create graphics for one-off campaigns, brand partnerships, and occasional landing page needs.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across emails, social media, and landing pages.
  • Support visual storytelling through occasional light motion or video editing for ads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, ideally in a startup or agency environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Klaviyo.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing your work

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the health and wellness or DTC space.
  • Interest in female-focused products and wellness trends.
  • Basic understanding of copywriting or motion for static ad design.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or simple landing page design.
