Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role will focus on executing digital marketing activities across multiple platforms to drive engagement, maintain customer communication, and enhance the overall user experience within our mobile app and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Publishing App Banners, App pop up & Notifications: Manage the publication of promotional banners and notifications on the app, ensuring they are aligned with current marketing campaigns and user engagement strategies.
Email Campaigns: Publish pre-designed marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional content to the user database, ensuring timely delivery and proper segmentation.
Social Media Management: Publish pre-prepared content on social media channels,ensuring consistency in messaging, creative visuals, and timely posting that promotes brand awareness and user engagement.
Replying to Comments & Direct Messages: Actively engage with users by responding to comments on social media posts and direct messages (DMs), maintaining a positive and responsive brand image.
App Curation: Collaborate with the merchant team to ensure content for different sections of the app is published monthly, featuring key brands and services within the apps interface.
Campaign Execution: Support the marketing team by publishing digital campaign elements (emails, banners, notifications, social media posts) on time and in accordance with campaign objectives.
Creating Trackable Links & Promo Codes: Create and manage trackable app install links,promo codes, and QR codes from the dashboard for use in campaigns, ensuring they are properly linked to track campaign performance and user engagement
Documenting Promo Codes & Links: Maintain a detailed record of all created promo codes, app install links, and QR codes, ensuring they are properly documented for future reference, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or email
campaign performance trackers is a plus.
