The role:
At YuLife, our mission is to bring insurance to life, and our Customer Success team is central to that vision. We don’t just manage accounts; we empower our clients and partners to unlock the full value of their insurance offering.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts. Your role is to deepen relationships, drive adoption, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure each client feels supported, engaged, and successful. You’ll be a trusted advisor and the main point of contact - proactive, strategic, and focused on driving meaningful business outcomes.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Own and manage a specified list of customer accounts, building strong and trusted relationships.

- Use data-driven insights to prioritise focus areas, drive engagement, and shape your customer success strategy.
- Maximise adoption and impact, ensuring customers are realising the full value of YuLife.
- Identify renewal and upsell opportunities, driving account growth and expanding customer lifetime value.
- Actively reduce churn by recognising risks early and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a YuLife product expert and consultant; supporting clients in embedding our solution across their organisations.
- Resolve client issues and requests efficiently, ensuring every interaction adds value.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, representing their needs across the business.
- Balance multiple priorities across stakeholders, campaigns, and projects - staying calm under pressure and highly organised.
- Present with confidence and clarity - whether in person or virtually.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role working on high-touch accounts.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and owns outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into action.
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive business outcomes.
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration - across clients, partners, and internal teams.
- A true team-player who uplifts those around them while owning their own responsibilities.
- Strong multitasking skills - able to juggle multiple projects and campaigns with ease.
- Confident communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with CRMs and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience in group risk or health insurance is a bonus, but not required.
- A self-starter with a drive to continuously learn, improve, and innovate.
