About The Role

We’re looking for a creative, culturally fluent Content Manager to lead our content strategy and deepen our connection with the Latino community. You’ll own our social media calendar, craft compelling storytelling, and turn everyday moments into meaningful brand experiences.This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes Latino culture, thrives in fast-paced environments, and blends creativity with data to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Create scroll-stopping, culturally relevant content that drives engagement and builds community
• Partner with our Community Manager to engage daily with users — responding to DMs, comments, and mentions with empathy and flair
• Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions) and iterate based on insights
• Stay ahead of trends — whether it's a meme, moment, or cultural wave, you’re the first to spot it and make it ours
• Support influencer and partnership campaigns with messaging and content strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or community management
• Bilingual — strong writing skills in both English and Spanish
• A sharp eye for design and what performs well across different platforms
• Fast, flexible, and able to thrive under tight deadlines
• Comfortable being on camera (a big plus!)
• Deep understanding of Latino culture, humor, slang, and social media trends
• Creative, resourceful, and always full of ideas
• These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered
