About the Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Marketing with an engineering mindset — someone who thrives on structured thinking, hands-on testing, and building systems that scale. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just manage ads but designs growth engines from the ground up.

You’ll lead user acquisition efforts across digital channels, experiment rapidly, and iterate based on data. If you approach marketing the way great product teams build software — launch fast, learn quickly, and optimize relentlessly — you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other channels
  • Design and execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, offers, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
  • Manage full-funnel acquisition strategies with a focus on improving CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key metrics
  • Build scalable, data-driven growth systems — test hypotheses, analyze performance, and iterate fast
  • Work cross-functionally with product, creative, and engineering teams to support and scale growth initiatives
  • Explore and experiment with emerging channels, including influencer, affiliate, SEO, organic social, and email
  • Deliver regular reporting with performance insights and strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to the long-term growth roadmap and help define marketing strategy

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth, ideally within consumer goods or e-commerce
  • Proven success in scaling campaigns and hitting acquisition or revenue goals
  • Strong grasp of growth metrics, funnel mechanics, attribution models, and conversion optimization
  • Analytical and test-driven — you’re always asking “why” and “what’s next”
  • Comfortable in startup environments — you’re proactive, self-sufficient, and solution-oriented
  • Passionate about tinkering, testing, and finding leverage
  • Bonus: Experience with affiliate, SEO, influencer, or partnership marketing
  • Nice to have: Passion for video games or industry experience
  • Extra bonus: You've helped scale a business from low 7-figure to 8-figure revenue — you're ready to grow something big
