- Collaborate with the production and fabrication team to ensure feasibility and manufacturing accuracy
- Maintain detailed version control and a clear revision history throughout the design-to-build process
- Optimize CNC layouts for material efficiency, machining speed, and finish quality
What We’re Looking For

- Strong background in mechanical design, industrial design, architecture, or woodworking
- Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM systems
- Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into elegant, manufacturable designs
- Excellent visual presentation and communication skills in English—client-facing professionalism is key
- Strong understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles, especially for wood and custom builds
- Based in Latin America with availability for partial U.S. business hour overlap
Bonus Points

- Familiarity with wood joinery, panel construction, and door hardware standards
- Experience generating files for multi-axis CNC machines
- Understanding of 3D rendering or photorealistic visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, KeyShot)
- Ability to assist in developing a digital catalog or reusable design templates
