Multimedia Designer

Sodexo North America has an exciting opening for a Multimedia Graphic Designer with our Digital Marketing and Content Team. This is a virtual position.

The Multimedia/Motion Graphic Designer will have expertise in driving audience-centric, digital-first designs that engage audiences and drive results to the North American region, working in close partnership with Segment Marketing and Regional Brand & Communications, brand/product marketing, and sales functions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative Design, the Multimedia Graphic Designer will be part of a team responsible for the design and development of digital and multimedia productions across all buyer touchpoints to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Create attention-grabbing work of varying formats and length that drives engagement and action in alignment with brand, digital campaign and digital channel strategies. Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively are critical. Motion animation and/or video skills are critical to this position, as is using and recommending new AI capabilities for video production.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop multimedia projects from start to end, including ideation and storyboard process, image & multimedia sourcing, and build of final product.
• Propose, plan, design, edit and deliver a full range of high-impact, digital-first multimedia projects, to be used as or in web assets, emails, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, advertising, one-pagers, brochures, and eBooks.
• Translate business, marketing and communication objectives into multimedia concepts and videos that are on brand, on strategy, usable, inspire action, and memorable.
• Blend various types of media to implement design concepts to create high-impact, engaging multimedia that distinguish Sodexo and its brands in the marketplace and drive audience action, thoughtfully integrating feedback from team and project leads to bring to completion.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, subject-matter experts, and business leaders, as well as creative and project management teams to apply strategy and feedback, and follow-through to execute through the full project lifecycle.

Drive forward resources and capabilities of role by creating multimedia templates, guidebooks and additional in-house materials for continued use

What You Bring

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphics, multimedia or art design or related field experience equivalent and certifications
• 5+ years of related work experience in graphic and/or multimedia design for B2B2C services and products businesses to drive marketing and communications goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in video production – including conceptualizing and storyboarding- motion graphics, and sound editing skills, using standard multimedia production (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and emerging tools.
• Interest in emerging trends in online multimedia content delivery and technologies, particularly exploring, recommending and applying the application of new AI capabilities to improve efficiency in creating and the effectiveness of high-quality, realistic videos produced.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance tight deadlines.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed, collaborative environment prioritizing high-impact activities and quickly flexing to develop compelling, creative deliverables on tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
