What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Designer (fully remote) to join our dynamic team at Meltwater. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who strives for best-in-class design, is deeply invested in user experience, and is eager to leverage GenAI technology to create intuitive, scalable digital products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping UX workflows and ensuring cohesive, modern interfaces across our platform, all while embracing a design system mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Optimize UX workflows: Design and refine end-to-end workflows, ensuring seamless, user-centered experiences that address both user and business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to ideate, prototype, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion design systems: Contribute to and advocate for the evolution and consistency of our design system, ensuring scalable and maintainable UI components.
• Leverage GenAI tools: Utilize GenAI platforms such as V0, Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow automation.
• Conduct user research & validation: Collaborate with our UX research team, engage in user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven validation to inform and iterate on your designs.
• Attention to detail: Deliver pixel-perfect designs, meticulously checking for visual and interaction consistency across all deliverables.
• Drive innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, continually seeking opportunities to elevate the user experience and foster a culture of design excellence, while balancing with tactical delivery requirements.
• Quality assurance: Participate in design reviews, beta testing, and ongoing quality checks to ensure flawless implementation and superior usability.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design (UI/UX) for enterprise-grade SaaS applications.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as V0, Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing recent (last 1–2 years) digital product launches, with a focus on UX workflows and design systems.
• Expertise in user research: Skilled in building personas, mapping workflows, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills: Able to clearly present and justify design decisions to stakeholders across disciplines.
• Collaborative mindset: Experience working closely with engineering teams to refine and implement designs.
• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Growth-oriented: Embraces feedback, continuous learning, and a passion for delivering best-in-class solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Bonus: Experience with React and third-party design system tools.

• Base Salary of $115k-$135k USD per year + 10% annual bonus paid in quarterly installments [subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan].
