We're looking for a B2B Social Media Manager who can turn content into pipeline.
At KlientBoost, we're known for pushing boundaries in B2B marketing, and now, we're looking for someone to own and elevate our organic content strategy across all platforms.
Your mission? Drive 50 MQLs per month by leading standout content efforts that turn followers into fans (and fans into leads).
This role is equal parts creative strategy, editorial leadership, and performance marketing.
You’ll be an important public facing face of KlientBoost with video and event content that you’ll create. If you’re someone who gets excited about turning a podcast transcript into a punchy LinkedIn carousel, and then measuring its impact on revenue, we should talk.
What You'll Own:
Content Performance + Growth
- Oversee the performance of all KlientBoost and individual Booster's organic social content
- Use analytics and self-reported attribution to optimize reach, engagement, and lead volume.
- Continuously pitch new formats, experiments, and “recipes” to grow channel output and effectiveness
- Ask for resources to experiment and try new things
Owned Media + Editorial
- Manage our newsletter, blog, and podcast publishing calendar
- Turn raw transcripts into polished content in our tone of voice (with an eye for engagement and lead capture)
- Ideate and develop KlientBoost show episode topics rooted in strategic pillars, industry trends, and customer needs
Podcast + Community Ops
- Source and book high-quality podcast guests
- Get our leadership team booked on external shows aligned with their areas of expertise
- Build onboarding and promotional materials for guest appearances
Integrated Campaigns
- Partner with our strategy teams to launch experiments across all our services
- Partner with our BoostU (academy) + BoosterKlub (community) teams to create content that has multi-use purpose
- Source internal case studies and shape them into compelling multi-channel promotional assets
- Drive client review acquisition efforts to get us back to the #1 spot on key platforms (currently sitting at #3)=
What You Bring
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with experience across social, content, and growth-focused initiatives
- A strong point of view on B2B marketing, or the desire to build one with some of the sharpest minds in the space
- Business and financial acumen: you understand how marketing, sales, and revenue connect
- IMPORTANT: Comfortable being a public-facing figure: you're going to be on camera and attending KlientBoost events
- Enthusiastic, curious, and proactive—you're full of creative campaign ideas and hungry to execute them
- A builder’s mindset: excited to test, learn, iterate, and scale what works
Bonus Points If You...
- Have experience working with paid media or CRO teams
- Have a growing personal brand or aspirations to build one
- Know how to turn a case study or podcast episode into a dozen magnetic content assets
- Have worked in an agency or fast-moving startup environment
