About The Client (AU)

We design and manufacture point of sale display, retail furniture, signage and print. We work with brands, retailers, agencies and the shopfitting trade across Australia. Specialised in Grocery equipment and Health & Beauty display, we are recognised partners of major global and Australian brands

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Industrial Designer with a strong background in designing for retail environments, consumer brands, lifestyle products, and the health & beauty sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design innovation, customer experience, and storytelling through physical and digital touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling designs that elevate brand identity and enhance user interaction across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Concept Development:

  • Create innovative product and packaging concepts for lifestyle and health & beauty brands.

  • Design retail environments, fixtures, point-of-purchase displays, and branded experiences.

  • Develop storytelling strategies and brand activations through 3D design.

  • Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay up to date with trends in consumer behavior, retail, health & beauty, materials, and sustainability.

  • Translate market research and user insights into compelling design opportunities.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with branding, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life.

  • Present designs and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and enthusiasm.

  • Participate in design critiques and iterative development.

  • Technical Design:

  • Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and production-ready drawings.

  • Specify materials, finishes, and manufacturing methods suitable for various product types.

  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, technical feasibility, cost, and timeline constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial design, with a portfolio focused on retail, lifestyle, or health & beauty.
  • Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills (SolidWorks 2024, KeyShot Studio2024, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with sustainability and environmentally responsible design practices is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with consumer brands in the health & beauty space.
  • Background in experiential design or retail architecture.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI for physical-digital brand experiences.

Work Schedule (Dayshift - AU client)

  • Monday to Friday 6AM-3PM; Manila Time

Work Setup (WFH)

  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
