In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach to both clients and candidates, supporting our mission to efficiently fill vacancies with the best passive talent in the industry.

🏡 What You'll Do

  • Create personalized videos to introduce candidates to our exclusive job opportunities and clients to the unique value of Blue Castle Agency.
  • Develop and send engaging Loom videos to clients, showcasing potential candidates and highlighting their precise suitability for open positions.
  • Manage and meticulously maintain candidate and client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to refine and enhance outreach strategies, streamlining the entire recruitment process.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for various recruitment and business development initiatives as needed.
  • Set up, manage, and regularly update our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to boost brand presence and engagement.
  • Undertake any other related tasks or duties as requested by the CEO to support the agency's growth and operational efficiency.

🎒 What It Takes

  • Entry-level experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging video content (e.g., personalized videos, Loom videos).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team.
  • Availability for more than 30 hours per week.
  • Commitment to a project length of more than 6 months.
