Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile and independent Marketing Generalist with strong visual execution skills. This role is ideal for someone who can take a founder’s ideas and bring them to life through smart, beautiful, and effective marketing. It’s not a fully-fledged strategist role, but you should be a strong doer—someone who can confidently manage content, design, digital funnels, and reporting while working autonomously.
You’ll work closely with the Founder to translate thought leadership into compelling content, manage content calendars, launch and optimize digital products, and streamline marketing workflows. We value candidates who take initiative, think critically, and deliver high-quality work without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Execution
- Design polished assets in PowerPoint, Canva Pro, and InDesign, including carousels, decks, PDFs, and whitepapers
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all assets and channels
- Create, format, and prepare social graphics and course visuals for publishing
Content & Marketing Management
- Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and newsletters
- Write, schedule, and post content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form formats for social media
- Edit short-form video clips using tools like Adobe Rush or Descript (adding titles, cuts, and platform-optimized formatting)
Funnel & Campaign Implementation
- Build and maintain Kajabi funnels (courses, landing pages, email automations, lead magnets)
- Support digital product launches, including a scenario-planning course
- Format and export video or design assets for web and email campaigns
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, engagement) across content and email platforms
- Deliver monthly insights and improvement suggestions based on performance data
- Conduct monthly scans of 5-10 competitor/peer brands to identify standout content formats and strategies
Workflow & Operational Support
- Maintain organized file systems in SharePoint and manage marketing assets
- Manage task boards in Monday.com and help maintain SOPs and project documentation in Notion
- Take ownership of delegated tasks to reduce the Founder’s operational load
Who You Are
- A trained designer with a generalist marketing mindset—you can both create and execute
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and consistency
- A self-starter who can manage tasks independently and deliver on deadlines
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Kajabi, SharePoint, Notion, and Monday.com
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative instincts, balanced by analytical thinking
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
