Job Summary:

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Java Full Stack Engineer. The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java, Python or Node.js
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Understand and apply basic data structures & algorithms to solve programming challenges.
• Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI/ML concepts, agents, and automation tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
