Position: Webflow Developer/Designer

Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM Brisbane Time

Compensation range: AU$2,500 - AU$3,000/month

About The Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Webflow expert who excels at building beautiful, functional websites from scratch. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on client projects using Webflow, often incorporating tools like Relume and Client-First. Has strong HTML/CSS skills and a keen eye for design are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Build custom websites and design additional sections in Webflow, adhering to existing brand and style guidelines.
  • Translate Figma designs or creative briefs into responsive, functional websites.
  • Implement stylish touches with accessibility and performance in mind.
  • Apply strong HTML/CSS skills to fine-tune layouts, interactions, and custom styling.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Focus on one project at a time to maintain high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • Experience building within Webflow.
  • Proven ability to apply HTML and CSS to refine layout, styling, and interactions.
  • A strong eye for design — layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work from a design system while adding creative polish.
  • Background in visual design
  • Understanding of UX principles and micro-interactions.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Relume, Client-First framework, and Figma.
  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced, collaborative environment.
