**What would you be doing:
**

Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
  • Maintain brand consistency through typography, color schemes, and visual elements.
  • Optimize website designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
  • Work with marketing teams to design landing pages, banners, and other promotional materials.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
**

  • Proven experience as a Web/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Visual Hierarchy & UX Principles
  • Mobile-First & Responsive Design
  • A/B Testing Mindset and Hypothesis Building (Come up with test ideas)
  • Strong Typography & Color Theory Ability to create visually appealing yet conversion-friendly designs.
  • Ad Creative Design: Designing engaging still images and animated GIFs for ads, considering best practices for CTR and engagement.
  • Animation & Motion Graphics Ability to create dynamic elements (GIFs, micro-animations) to improve engagement.
