Job Title: Art Director
Location: Remote, United States
Duration: 6 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $60.00-$65.00/hr
We’re looking for a talented Art Director to join our client’s in-house creative team. This hands-on role is key to shaping the brand’s visual identity and leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of creatives and marketers, helping to push creative boundaries and elevate the brand’s impact across channels.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end development of visual assets for digital campaigns—including ads and CRM initiatives like emails—ensuring best practices while pushing creative boundaries to drive results and deepen brand loyalty.
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns, adapting concepts across various formats while upholding brand standards and design consistency.
- Refine designs based on feedback and performance data, quickly iterating to improve creative impact and meet campaign goals.
- Deliver accurate, pixel-perfect, production-ready files across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, producers, and marketers to deliver cohesive and high-impact creative.
- Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality or attention to detail.
- Stay up to date on design trends and tools, and implement streamlined workflows to boost team efficiency and creative output.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in integrated campaigns across various digital media.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma is required.
- Deep understanding of design and creative process —concept development, layout, color, and typography across all types of campaign creative deliverables.
- Expertise in digital production techniques and terminology.
- Proven ability to iterate within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative design concepts that push creative boundaries.
- Motion Graphics, photography, and video experience is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for various digital channels, including web banners, email marketing, social media, and other digital collateral to effectively engage online audiences.
- Experience designing landing pages is required.
- A keen understanding of creative performance and results, with experience leveraging data to inform design decisions.
