UI/UX Product Designer – Help Build the Future of AI in Health

If you’re a product designer (UX and UI) who wants your work to mean something—this is your kind of role.

Why Join us:

  • We’re not a big corporation. We’re fast, flexible, and focused on making a difference.
  • You’ll have the freedom to do your best work, and the support to keep growing.
  • You’ll work on something that matters, with smart people who care deeply about what they do. This isn’t about pixel-pushing or endlessly tweaking button colours. This is meaningful, mission-led design in a high-impact space.
  • Your design input shapes the product, the user experience, and ultimately, how life-saving decisions get made.
  • We involve customers early and often. So your design work is guided by real-world needs, not assumptions

If we sounds like your kind of design team, we’d love to hear from you

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing clean, intuitive interfaces for Patholytix - our AI platform used in toxicologic pathology and drug discovery
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and UI components that help simplify complex scientific workflows
  • Building responsive, user-friendly designs that work across devices and screen sizes
  • Owning and evolving our design system—maintaining consistency, quality, and scalability
  • Leading usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating fast
  • Taking part in customer demos and voice-of-customer sessions—what you design, you’ll see in action
  • Promoting a user-first mindset within your squad and across the company
  • Sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and championing good design at every stage of the product lifecycle

What you will need to succeed;

  • 5 + years UX/UI design experience
  • A strong portfolio - showing your UX thinking and UI design skills in action
  • Experience designing software products - especially complex systems or B2B tools
  • Confidence using Figma, FigJam, or whatever else gets you get from idea to prototype
  • Strong communicator, clear thinker, and comfortable leading design conversations (evangelizing design thinking)

  • Bonus: any background in healthtech, AI, data visualisation, or platform design
